Who handles your information

Estimate request information
Our Tally form requests your name, phone number, city, service needed, project description and consent to contact you about the request. Email and project photographs are optional. Provide only the information needed to explain the project. We do not request Social Security numbers, bank account details or payment card information through this form. Financing is currently inactive.
How we use information
We use these details to review your project, prepare and respond to an estimate request, and communicate about that request and its next steps. The form’s contact consent applies to those communications. We do not sell your information.
Tally and business email
Tally stores submitted responses and optional uploaded photographs. Notifications are sent to the business email account. Authorized business users can review requests and photographs in Tally and handle related correspondence through the business email service. These providers process information to deliver and protect their services.
Photographs and Our Work
Sending a photograph for an estimate does not authorize its publication. Public use requires separate permission. Authorized project content is managed through Pages CMS and stored in the business’s private GitHub repository. Selected photographs and descriptions become public when published in Our Work. Tally submissions are not automatically imported into Pages CMS, GitHub or the public gallery.
Avoid including faces, license plates, documents or unnecessary personal details in project photographs. Contact us with questions about a photograph published in Our Work.
Hosting, technical information and external links
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare, Tally and other service providers may process technical logs and connection or browser information necessary to deliver, maintain and protect their services. Providers may use technical cookies or similar mechanisms depending on the features in use. We do not claim that external services operate without cookies.
We currently have no analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing cookies installed on the website. Links to WhatsApp, Tally and social media open external services governed by their own policies.
Retention of inquiries that do not become contracted work
We retain these inquiries for up to 12 months after the last contact. We then review and manually delete, where appropriate, the Tally responses, related business emails, photographs and attachments, and downloaded copies controlled by the business. Deletion is not automated. Provider trash folders, backups and internal systems may follow their own retention periods.
Records of contracted work
Customer and contracted-work records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business administration, contracts, payments, accounting, taxes, claims, any applicable warranty obligations or legal requirements. No single fixed period is established here. This statement does not create a commercial warranty. The 12-month inquiry period does not automatically apply to separately authorized public portfolio photographs.
Questions, requests and updates
Contact us using the email or telephone above to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, to ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry, or to discuss permission for a published photograph. We review requests and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Changes to this policy will reflect the services and practices actually used by the business, with an updated effective date.
